Terri Moore

Ms. Moore is the founder and Managing Member of Nautica Realty Group, LLC. She brings to the company a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of mixed-use, commercial projects and exclusive waterfront communities. Ms. Moore’s extensive experience, over seventeen (17) years, as an owner and a partner, includes all aspects of the real estate development process and has included the planning, design, financing, construction and sales of numerous distinctive properties throughout Florida and the southeast.

Some of the projects Ms. Moore has been involved with include: Pelican Bay Estates, an exclusive waterfront community located in Vero Beach, Florida; the Waterways Golf Club community located in Orlando, Florida; the Heathrow Club House, Heathrow golf community; Riversong, an up-scale waterfront project including single-family luxury homes and uniquely designed townhome project with deep water docks and fishing pier, located in Rockledge, Florida and numerous custom luxury homes she has designed, built and sold ranging in price from $350,000 to $7.0 million dollars and located in several premium Florida residential communities.

Her early career involvement provided Ms. Moore with a background in design/build construction projects. Working for her fathers company, the Stonebridge Corporation, she prepared estimates, performed project management duties and submitted proposals for such clients as: City of Daytona Beach, Emory Riddle University and Brevard Community College.

Most recently, Ms. Moore has been involved in the development of Coquina Bay, an exclusive waterfront community located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Rockledge, Florida. Ms. Moore was responsible for all aspects of the planning, design and development of the project. In addition to being in charge of sales and marketing for the project, Ms. Moore is currently designing and building a custom home within Coquina Bay. The $2.1 million dollar elegant home containing 5,360 sq. ft. of living area will be featured as the project model and includes a number of features that set it apart from competing properties.

Additionally, Ms. Moore oversees the Nautica Design Group, which offers it’s clients full-service custom home design services. Her award winning designs have provided her clients with homes that are distinctive, elegant and unique. Her designs have been featured in numerous of Florida’s coastal and exclusive community developments.
